How to improve your strength and muscular endurance?
It’s clear that strength does not increase rapidly, but if you stick with a good program and great coach, you will be gratified with the results. Generally, you can expect to increase your strength by 1 to 3 percent per week. If you have never trained for strength, you will progress faster. If you combine strength training with strenuous aerobic training, you will progress slower. In any case, your rate of improvement will plateau as you approach your potential maximal strength. Having a strength coach or a personal trainer with strength background to point you the right direction will help you overcome your current training plateau by applying certain training theories. On top of getting good advice, you should also pay attention to your diet. Your progress will be definitely slowed if you fail to consume adequate protein, carbohydrate and energy. If you are following a weight-loss diet, be sure to consume sufficient protein and time well your carbohydrate intake. If you have never been training for strength up until now, and if you eat an adequate diet, and if you decide training at Coco’s gym, you can reasonably expect to increase your strength by 50 percent or more in 6 months !!
