A solid effort from our Coco’s Gym athletes that competed at the 2016 Asian Arnold Strongman Championship held in Hong Kong.
Rachel Smith finished 1st in the Women’s OPEN division
Leigh Shaw finished 1st in the Men’s U105kg division
Coco finished 3rd in the Men’s OPEN division
