Coco and Colm will be working together in a series of workshops to make you a better athlete in your lifts,  training, competition and preparation for Strongman Competitions. This is the second seminar in the series, the first being a very successful Log and deadlift workshop. In regards to the Log Lift, they will work with you on log pressing, log jerks, rack positions, cleans and using different sized logs. Deadlifts will cover different height deadlifts, different implements (car, axle and deadlift bar) and refining your technique and training to suit.
