The log deadlift stone is coming back for another year! and this year with a spooky twist - its Halloween!!
Thanks to Emma & Simon from Empire there will be a Kids division for a 2nd year!
Participants will have 3 attempts to showcase their maximum strength in 3 of the most iconic strongman lifts – the log press, the deadlift and atlas stone!
