WEIGHTLIFTING

  • TUESDAY NIGHTS 5PM

    A dedicated Olympic weightlifting session focusing on the snatch, clean and jerk. Each class is structured around variations of these lifts, along with accessory movements to improve technique, speed, and power.

    Perfect for anyone looking to refine their weightlifting skills or learn weightlifting!

BARBELLS & TECHNIQUE

  • MONDAY NIGHTS 6PM

    This class is designed to sharpen your skills on the big compound lifts such as deadlifts, bench press, squats, log press and more.

    Each week brings variety, mixing between medleys, circuits, or max-strength efforts, followed by targeted accessory work to build balance and overall strength.

STRONGMAN & STRONGWOMAN

  • SATURDAY MORNINGS 9AM

    This class dives into the fundamentals of Strongman, with a focus on two key movements each week, such as log press, farmer’s carry, or atlas stones etc. Training styles vary from AMRAPs and medleys to max-strength and timed challenges.

    A fun and rewarding way to test your strength and conditioning while learning unique strongman techniques and equipment.

  • Absolutely! Our classes are designed for everyone, whether you’re brand new to strength training or already lifting heavy. We’ll teach you the fundamentals, proper technique, and help you build confidence step by step.

  • We specialise in strength-focused training, from foundational barbell work to competitive Strongman and Strongwoman training.

    Our classes include:

    • Barbells & Technique (Mondays, 6PM) with Coco

    • Weightlifting (Tuesdays, 5PM) with Adi

    • Strongman & Strongwoman (Saturdays, 9AM)

  • Not at all. These classes are for everyone! These sessions will help you improve your strength, technique, and conditioning in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you want to compete or just challenge yourself, you’ll fit right in.

  • Supportive, welcoming, and community-focused. We’re about hard work, but also about having a laugh, pushing each other, and celebrating wins big and small.

  • Strength training helps improve posture, build muscle, increase bone density, boost metabolism, and most importantly, empower you mentally and physically.

  • Not at all. While we do specialise in preparing athletes for Strongman and Strongwoman competitions, our community is for anyone who wants to get stronger, fitter, and healthier. Beginners, everyday lifters, and future competitors all train side by side here.

  • Yes! Alongside our group sessions, we also provide personalised coaching and tailored programming to help you reach your specific goals. Whether you want to master technique, build strength, or prepare for competition, our coaches will design a plan that works for you. Check out our memberships area for more info!

  • That’s awesome! The best next step is to reach out to us directly. We’ll chat about your goals, current training level, and what you’re aiming for. From there, we can provide recommendations catered to you.

  • Not at all! You don’t need to do strongman to train with us. Our members have all different training goals, and we’re just like a regular gym. We’ve got everything from free weights and machines to cardio and functional equipment.

  • We don’t have a creche at the gym, however Mum’s (and Dad’s) are welcome to bring their babies in prams or children to the gym as long as they’re supervised at all times. For safety little ones just need to stay off the equipment and out of any risk areas while you train.

  • Generally between 11am- 2pm are our off peak times to train.

  • Both options are available!

    All group classes are included in memberships, or you can drop in for casual sessions.

    Casual sessions for training or to attend a class are $20.

  • Yes! Our coaches focus heavily on safe, efficient technique so you can lift with confidence, avoid injury and progress faster.

    All of our classes will go through technique for the movements being trained and you also have the option to book 1:1 technique sessions.
