Maybe you’ve thought about lifting weights, maybe you’ve even done some dumbbell work or picked up a barbell, however you aren’t really sure where to go from here?
This is where we can help!
Strength training at Coco’s Gym will teach you the fundamentals of lifting weights, an efficient safe technique and point you in the right direction to reaching your goals and enjoying the benefits lifting weights can provide you.

MONDAYS 6PM> Barbells & Technique with Coco
TUESDAYS 5PM> Weightlifting with Adi
SATURDAYS 9AM> Strongman & Strongwomen class
Classes included in all memberships, $20 per class for non-members
We endeavour to provide a unique way of training in a supportive atmosphere. Strongman training is a great way to test your strength, improve your foundations and technique.
These group training sessions are open to advanced and beginners – Everyone is welcome!
