What makes a good Training Program?

What makes a good training program A GOOD TRAINING PROGRAM?

Well, after spending several years at Uni studying the foundations of physiology and exercise, I ended up focusing on 4 principals that make my programming unique and efficient.
Stop the bro-science and stop reading those silly bodybuilding magazines. If you have hit a training wall for the last few months, I recommend you to read what comes next :

A GOOD TRAINING PROGRAM SHOULD BE FOCUSED ON :

SPECIFICITY:
You have to train for what you want to compete or excel. If you want to compete in Strongman, your program must include lots of compounds such as squatting, deadlift and strongman implements such as log, grip work etc..

OVERLOAD:
If you are not doing heavier than your previous session, It is not going to create a stress. You have to lift more weights, perform more sets to get stronger.

FATIGUE MANAGEMENT:
Recovery should work synergistically with your training to allow your body to adapt to your training.

INDIVIDUALISATION:
Each program that I write is unique. Each of them needs to account to the fact that everyone is different, has different goals, strength and weakness. A personalised program is the most efficient program you could have.
