Strongwoman Training

Strongwoman training is now every fortnight starting Thursday 13th October.

During these classes the girls will learn the fundamentals of Strongwoman and technique whilst working with strongman implements such as farmers, keg, log and stones. 

This class is great for enabling weight loss, strength gain, muscle tone and improving general fitness as it is 1 part Strongman and 1 part conditioning.
