MEN’S STRENGTH WORKSHOP
Commencing February 17th Coco’s gym will now be running its own one of a kind Men’s Strength work shop every Tuesday night.
This workshop will be for the duration of 4 weeks initially and each session will run for 90 minutes.
Each session will focus on different aspects of strength training to give you the best opportunity to learn and improve understanding in regards to technical cues. No longer will you be struggling to improve your maximum squat and deadlift, through these sessions your 1RM will improve beyond belief.
The workshop will cover the following key points:
– How to squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press the correct way.
– Functional basic Strongman movements: Farmers walk, Yoke carry, Log press and Stone loading.
– How to become an effective training buddy ( spotting on bench, squat) and how to safely use a monolift.
The workshop will run for 4 weeks and the cost is $25 per person per class (4 people per class). Discount available if you attend the 4 classes (Upfront payment only).
