Arielle’s transformation

” So here is my transformation Thursday.. I’ve actually never shared the top two photos because they make me cringe.. In the top photos I didn’t train, I ate McDonald’s more than vegetables and I drank alcohol, I clearly didn’t squat and I felt unhealthy and horrible.
The bottom two, I’m roughly 10kg lighter, have a way lower body fat percentage and I squat, I eat a balanced diet and training is now an enjoyable hobby. Everyone starts somewhere, and im glad I met my partner and started this fitness journey because along the way I have gained confidence, a new passion and met such great friends who share common interests!”
