Ben, 17 yo joined Coco’s Gym after couple months of correspondence programming and technique training. Ben’s current goal is to total 550kgs in the 82.5kg class at the upcoming GPC Queensland State championships in February. Ben had started with us with a Bench of 110 kg , Squat of 160 kg and deadlift of 170 kg back in August 2014. Last month in a preliminary testing he squatted 210kg , benched 122.5 kg and deadlifted 220kg. Ben is an amazing client and is only 17 years old, I can’t wait to see what he does in February.

Lisa, 41 yo mother of 3 joined Coco’s gym after losing over 30 kg. She first started with a different trainer but then decided to take advice from me. In 4 weeks, she saw her strength going up incredibly. Before taking her first 4-week training block, her numbers were : 60 kg squat, 40 kg bench and 100kg deadlift. Through the third week of her individualized program, Coco and Lisa decided to check out her progression by testing her maxes. The results spoke to themselves, she nailed a 70 kg squat,  a 47.5kg bench and 112.5kg deadlift. Her goals are to squat 80kg, bench 60kg and deadlift 130kg by the end of 2015. There is no doubt that she will reach them before then.
