Whether your ambitions are to gain lean muscle mass or shed excess fat, we will help you sculpt out the physique you desire!

All qualified participants will receive:
– 3 group sessions a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.30 am)
– 1 x 30 min 1-on-1 training session every 2 weeks
– An individualized dietary plan
– Anthropometric analysis every 2 weeks
– Unlimited access to the gym facility
– Trained by a sport scientist
